In the previous installment, Reed has stolen your friend's body and installed a doomsday machine in a lighthouse. Fortunately, Mayor Elizabeth Merrell is working to evacuate the residents. Even with the machine shut down quickly, the fog persists, and Reed continues to cause more devastation in the city.
